Our Team

Larry Dickstein co-founded Securus America in 2007. As a national marketing organization for independent life and health agents, Securus’ semi-captive agency had distribution in 41 states and produced in excess of $30 million of paid premium in a single year. Larry earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from NYU College of Business and Public Administration in 1982 and completed post-graduate studies in computer science and information systems at Hofstra University in 1993. He co-founded 9th Wonder Financial in 2016 to provide more personalized service to local independent agents in the New York-New Jersey metropolitan area. There are over 100 agents in the growing 9th Wonder network.

Julio Alvarez is the Co-Founder and National Director of Sales at 9th Wonder Financial. He is an award-winning agent responsible for managing agent training programs and agency/team development. Julio oversees business planning and the attainment of 9th Wonder's performance goals and objectives. His extensive experience in sales and leadership has been instrumental in driving the company’s success. Julio’s dedication to excellence ensures that 9th Wonder Financial continues to thrive and expand its network of independent agents.

Errol English is an award-winning agent and the Newark/Central NJ Sales Director at 9th Wonder Financial. His responsibilities include recruiting and building 9th Wonder teams in the Newark/Central NJ region. With a strong background in sales and team leadership, Errol has been pivotal in the company’s regional growth and development. His commitment to fostering a supportive and dynamic environment helps drive the success of 9th Wonder Financial’s agents in the area.

Andrew Berger joined 9th Wonder Financial as Director of Agency Development in 2022. Andrew earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University in 2020 and continues his studies in technology, including development of CRMs and integration of Artificial Intelligence into the 9th Wonder Agency Management workflow. Outside of 9th Wonder Financial, Andrew has a passion for music, arranging music compositions for and performing with the New Jersey Gamer Symphony Orchestra.

Sandra Pacheco, also known as Sandy, has been with 9th Wonder Financial since 2017. She started as a life insurance and Medicare specialist, quickly advancing to manage 9th Wonder Financial’s Yonkers location. Sandy spearheaded the development of the Enrollment Division for worksite sales and is an award-winning producer for many of the Medicare carriers in the NY metro area. Her dedication and expertise have been vital in driving the division’s success and expanding the company's services. Sandy's commitment to excellence ensures that 9th Wonder Financial remains a leader in the industry.
